the process

How
it
happened

Four stages from brief to shipped product — no handoff, no translation loss.

1
The Goal

To define a clear and effective structure for SaaS landing pages that balances product complexity with ease of understanding. The client needed a template flexible enough for multiple use cases.

2
Research & Discovery

I analyzed 20+ high-performing SaaS websites to identify effective patterns in layout, messaging, and visual hierarchy. Key insight: the best pages lead with outcome, not feature.

3
Design & Build

I designed and built a scalable Webflow template with reusable sections, clear structure, and conversion-focused components. Three rounds of iteration with continuous testing.

4
Outcome

The result is a flexible template that enables SaaS teams to quickly launch clear, structured, and high-quality landing pages without sacrificing design quality.

Key Learnings
Lesson o1

Structure before style

The most common mistake in SaaS pages is designing before solving the information architecture. Getting the flow right first saved three rounds of revisions.

Lesson o2

Outcomes not features

Every section that led with what the user gains (not what the product does) consistently outperformed feature-first copy in user testing.

lesson o3

Build as you design

Designing and building simultaneously in Webflow surfaced layout constraints early — decisions that would have been costly to reverse after handoff.
